The security and privacy of your data is our priority
1. Authenticated access with username, password and 2FA confirmation . Limit access from specified IP addresses.
2. All data communication is SSL encrypted between devices and data centers.
3. Firewalls and web protection technologies are used.
4. Administrator can easily manage access rights for internal and external users. A log of all user actions (viewed, edited, deleted, etc.) is available.
5. File versions up to 1 year. The retention period is set by admin.
6. Easily restore all deleted files up to 5 years. Retention period is set by the admin.
7. Data is stored in RAID fault-tolerant data arrays and business continuity is ensured in the event of individual device failures.
8. Multiple data centers, distributed web servers and web firewalls are used.
9. Customizable geolocation is available for business accounts - the ability to specify where the data is stored.
